As one of the highlights of London’s art and culture season, Frieze London and Masters transforms Regent’s Park into a vibrant hub of paintings, sculptures, installations and immersive experiences. This year, we’re delighted to see natural diamonds front and center of the celebrations.
Voyage Through the Diamond Realm is an immersive experience presented by De Beers at Frieze Masters. This debut collaboration welcomes visitors to enter the mystical world of natural diamonds through immersive storytelling, scenography and soundscapes, tracing the origins of diamonds from their birth to their discovery in the wild landscapes of rivers, deserts and ice.
Nature never fails to conjure up some of the most beautiful creations we will ever see, and diamonds are some of the rarest. Having lived at the core of our human history for centuries, they have become historic storytellers, each with a compelling tale to tell. This is a chance to be a part of the narrative like never before.
From the earliest myths, tales, and magical beliefs to modern rituals, diamonds have remained an enduring symbol of sacred bonds and ceremonies, of love, power and eternity, carrying a living legacy across generations, through time and space.
This experience allows audiences to explore the rarity and mystery of diamonds and marvel at Mother Earth’s ability to produce something treasured over time, that can never be truly replicated.
